It's not a question of care for a continent, but about the procedures/timelines of "uploading of the contents inside the stores", so of the internal policies inside Microsoft or Sony.
Japan for example will get Last Round the 19th February, so after America.

No surprised they screwed the EU Player several times! I tweeted TN yesterday the EU player support same as US or Asia Player but get treated as third wheel. Why should we even bother in Europe there Tons of other great games out there!

I received just an E-Mail my PS4 Version is on the way so i have to wait until friday to transfer my savefile!

And this is bad because? We have to wait 3 days for LR, while GGXrd still hasn't got a release date in Europe yet.

Ah well, we might as well just be patient. It's better to wait and play than moan just because of a release date. We'll all have it eventually.
