    Both are very similar. In KI if you counter incorrectly you get lock out and your opponent can execute huge combo damage. On the other hand for DOA you have chances.
    You play KI? I love that game! What made me try out the game was Thunder.

    It's good that you experience it tho. If you ever get into it I can see you maining fulgore, thunder or shadow jago. I originally want to main KI & enter tournaments. After picking up Bayman everything change for me.

    If you think video games aren't under attack then you are deluded. We went through this shit already in the 90's and I remember it quite well and now the people who are supposed to defend us are now taking pot shots. and yes I am aware of her taking the post out of context.     As external player attending the streamings, now I could think: "Look, the game is famous for being sexy but these guys seem to not care for it and they also use male charas. Interesting". With an active ban rule I could think that they CAN'T show the sexy side.

    In the end I think that the truth is always the same old tale: people can blame DoA for the sexiness how much they want, but the competitive ones - for the most - if they don't play it is because they don't like the system.

    If with DoA5, the game where the fanservice is more high, the situations is generally improving under this matter, evidently is because people are not departed from the sexy side, but likely are interested to the less guessing mechanics from DoA4.

    I just think that the ruel is something useless, indipendently from the partecipation or less of me or anyone. At this point, why to make it? Just allow to people to use what they wish.

    Also, the same fact that what you stated is wrong because fetish outfits are just allowed, should give an hint on the fact that in the current shape the rule is not well thought XD

    depends on what character you're using. I use Seth so im inputting a lot of buttons as well as timing them properly.

    Offline it's a competition, online its a game. I feel not enough people understand this about fighting games

    Yes. Offline cannot be played the same way as online. Some players need to understand a lot of things that are legit online wont work offline even when it comes to losing and winning online

    i dont know everyone seems to find their way that works, one lucky motherfucker can apparently do it with a 33p command. at least with a D-pand i can be sure of what im pressing rather than hope with the analog

    I found when doing 623P it was more consistent to hit P as I hit 2 rather than 3. The right side of my body lags behind by left side, for some reason. So the timing equals out if I do it that way.
