Fortunately or rather unfortunately, because it's part of the costume and not a real new hairstyle. It can't be equipped with any other costume. :/

That's what sucks. That means that TN can actually put the hairstyles on PS3, but it's just it's just an incentive to get current-gen. Which makes sense, from a business standpoint.
