For example if you have gotten a prepaid xbl or psn card then when you go to the store page for that item, it should have "check library" right under "buy another code"

Turns out you have to call amazon about it I posted the info on Mr wah's wall go check it out if you want your codes no promises tho I may have gotten lucky
