It's the same for me: it's clear that this rule want be something for improving the game and I believe that no one think the opposite. But even so I see many problems: the inchoerence of the rule in itself, (maybe) the necessity to discuss the matter with more people and overall the possibility to send a bad message about the community so fulfilling exactly the opposite purpose of the rule.

Something like that. The overly sexualized outfits do hurt the game's competitive scene but at the same time forbidding the use of them in tournaments feel wrong. Still, I don't think I've ever seen a tourney player using them except for a one or two of the normal bikinis, which are fine by me.

Indeed I can't see how this rule should be able to improve the things. At this point we can just hope that will be just the spreading of the news to communicate a good message about the efforts of the community to restore the image of the series (but I'm not so sure).
