What outfits are? Are you sure to have downloaded the catalogue for using them (so they appear in the selection of the character even if locked)?

It's the ultimate rachel costume pack, they appear in the character select screen but are still locked. I downloaded catalogue 2 and 4, that were the only ones I could find. I also can't download the costumes, in the store it just says "purchased" and nothing else. :/

If the things are so, I think that it's very likely that it's still a problem related with the cross over of the DLC (so it's not your fault).

Are you from the US? If you're not, you're gonna have to download/buy another DOA5LR from the same store. DLC are region locked, sadly.

Ah man, the dlc is region locked? I didn't know. This is probably the reason then, cause I still had some money on my US psn account so I thought I can purchase it there and use it on my EU account. Refund is not possible I guess? :/

If you had a US version of DOA5LR, then you would be able to use the DLC, but assuming you have a EU Copy, you cannot use it. 
And I don't think refunding is possible for digital items.

I see. I bought it now in the EU store as well and surprise, it works now. Well that was expensive lol. But at least I have the costumes now, thanks for your help. And thanks to Kronin as well, I'm glad you guys helped me out. =)
