I honestly doubt it. I took a liking to (Five Kage Summit) Sasuke, as expected. It seems the he'd be balanced in in the aspects that he was built.

-He's got great combos, combos that can dispatch support characters easily and do pretty nice damage.
-His grab and tilt move have pretty good range, though the til move is punishable
-He's got good basic ninja tools.
-His Chakra Shuriken give him a free Ougi on hit
-His Jutsu is great. Range is good but it's linear as hell. Opponents have to substitute twitch to avoid it if they miss the block.

-To expand on his jutsu, it beats just about every jutsu in the game (highest priority)
-His Ougi is... interesting... you have to set it up with his up combo with strict timing or bust their guard... or something... you just have to trap them in general. Chakra Shuriken give this as i said.

I feel like that's as far as it goes, as far as depth for a character at least, there's no really big setups... it's just who runs out of substitution first.

See, I didn't even know you could actually chakra shuriken to set up Ougis. That's cool. And yeah, felt like it was a patience game and whoever ran out of substitutes first lost. Still getting the new one cause I like the actual gameplay.
