It isn't likely since it serves as an incentive for the season pass. That said, its POSSIBLE, but after all of the DLC packs of the pass have released, I'd say.

For now, probably not. The whole reason it's exclusive to the season pass is so people will buy it. Trust me, as a costume completionist, I want it. However, I am trying my best to keep costume DLC spending to a minimum this year.

@His Reverence That's what I fear; it being released for non-season pass players after all other DLC has been released. That's why I really do not want to waste my money just yet.

@Jyakotu Exactly. However, the Yaiba costumes was for people who pre-ordered Yaiba: NG Z, but was later put up for download for everyone. I'm a costume completionist for all the characters I use.. XD I also try to not go all-out in LR, though.
