The fact is that the problem are related to SCEE that is acting so from months, not releasing packs for DoA5U neither the discounts (just as example: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/714549-dead-or-alive-5-ultimate/69996663).

People mentioned this problem to Team NINJA more times, and everytime they said that they can't do anything more than continue to push SCEE to fix the problem, because in the end who can add the products to the game are only them. Be sure that Tecmo has all the interest to release the DLC on the market, and very likely they have to be the first ones to be pissed from this behaviour out of the ordinary.

I can't say exactly what is that doesn't work with SCEE (when Sony in other market regions can do their work in a good way); questioned on the DoA5U DLC matter they given an official nonsense response as "Some is out this week, it just tends to be a slightly more complicated affair to set up in this part of the world."... that doesn't mean absolutely anything.

In the end I want say that even supporting your request hardly something could change. This would make some difference if people weren't aware of the problem, but the situation is just the opposite because this is something that all the parts involved know since long time at this point.

It's not SCEE, I'm pretty sure of that. Every other game on their servers get things on time. I've been using them as my primary PSN server since the service went live. It's literally only DoA that's ever been late for me. Ever.

Maybe the problems could be related exclusively to DoA and so regarding the collaboration between Tecmo and SCEE; but if there is someone that has more interest to stop this mess before possible be sure that is KT.

For this reason seems to me more realistic to think that SCEE has the major fault: what is happening now damages directly both KT's reputation and revenues because one of his main titles is involved, that so should logically wish for its ending as soon as possible; rather for SCEE DoA is only another title to manage in the endless catalogue for the Playstation consoles.

Kronin look its just pissing me off that childish stuff like the costume ban get so much attention but there really huge problems in that case PS4/PS3 EU are swimming under the water cause the majority on this site are US Guys and they just care for himself, and thats a simple fact. Thats for a community they help and stay together.

The number of customers involved remains the same, but their proportion is definitely major for KT compared to what can appear to SCEE.

Is this air cleared and this mess fixed, i am gone for good as i did nearly 1 year before. However to say its all on SCEE its simple wrong. There never was any problem with the DOA5 Vanilla Stuff. It started with the DOA5U launch and i heard rumours at that time that Tecmo Europe got beef with SCEE.

I dont blame TN, i blame this horrendous Publisher TecmoKoei! Look at Konami there never any problems and MGS V released worldwide on 1. Sep!

@QueenJakheiho The disapproval of members of the community with the costume ban actually revolves partially around the same principle that you are mentioning here, just seen from another perspective:

a part of the players (the not competitive ones) weren't involved in the question because apparently considered not worthy to give their opinion about. A community that acted not as an unique entity, the same thing that you are reproaching in this moment.

Anyway I agree that usually people tend to think only to the things that involve directly them (and this is basically the source of any problems). In this case my defense wanted be that even if many people are not helping you, honestly in this case I think that they couldn't do anything even wishing so.

PS: I'm European but I never owned a Playstation, however not for this reason I wouldn't support this cause.

On the contrary, the current situation is quite probably helping TK/TN's revenue, not damaging it. People are buying things they already own, often without realising, (and when they do, out of impatience.)

I don't even know what to say right now. I sent screenshots to customer support to show that the characters are not in my download list after purchasing and they just told me to download them from my purchase history. I JUST WROTE THEY'RE NOT THERE.
