I have said that exact thing before. What they did was drop her voice a few pitches to make her sound different and it just sounds hilarious

Guess it's just me, but I prefer her English voice a little more. But both are good. She's probably one of the few characters where I like both versions of the voice acting.

I think english Kasumi sounds great. English Phase 4 sounds great in her intros and outros, but terrrrrible during fights. They should have just left the fight sounds they copied from Kasumi alone instead of pitching them down.

@Chapstick I agree,there are a few good English voices,and Kasumi has one of them,but iunno why they made P4 sound different,she a Kasumi clone,so why not keep the same voice,just like they did with her Japanese one?
@Malfury yeah,personality wise her English voice suits her,but it would've been great if in fights it would've sounded close to how she speaks in her intro and outro voices,but that's just me.

I agree. I think people are too biased because Japanese VA IS typically the best. But I personally think they did a pretty good job on this game, save a few characters. But I think they nailed with with all the men on both languages except for Leifang and Zack in English, lol.

Also, in my opinion. Marie Rose actually does sound 18 in her English voice, which makes it more believable for me.
