People for whatever reason requests for silly things. I was reading stuff like these at work and I simply facepalm from nonsense. Upon reading that, I look at their main character profile and I say "Oh right...that's why..of course, yeah no."

That's actually impossible. She has a non-staggerable attack within the stance. If it had a different particular stun, probably..but then that would question Eliot. Simply put, you can't keep both from a devs perspective. If she had a ceiling throw, the damage would of been toned down.

That throw can already do so much damage already tho I can't even imagine it on hiC+ceiling+juggle/guaranteed PB

What Chappy said. Not just that, but the chances of it being a ceiling throw will likely never happen. It's just not the character to even have one. Whereas Raidou has to actually input the throw. The reward for him is in a general fairness given for his weightclass. If she ever did have a ceiling throw..the damage would of been greatly toned down.
