The only reason not to get a higher wattage PSU is if your system doesn't require it. What your PSU atm? I think a 290x/290 crossfire min recommended is 850w.

Its a 600w PSU atm. I just want to make sure that it doesn't have the opportunity to blow up. I can get PSUs with more wattage for the same price as the 850 80+gold PSUs that's why I was asking. I trust your knowledge on PC gaming stuff seeing that I am still kinda new.
