Well you 7k and 3H+K way to much. 3H+K is a great launch and has crushing properties but on block it is -9(which is grab punishable). Also with 7K yes it is 12 frames but it is also veryyyyyy unsafe.

Moves like that are not good to just throw out there. Beside that II didn't notice anything to bad. Just play a tad more safe and know your mix up and you should be fine!
