That is the message he sent me. My friend and I went to test it earlier to give him the benefit of the doubt and the guy is so wrong lol Any grab that was 4-8 frames were guaranteed. Which is obvious lol

What I meant to say is that the opponent will let you repeat the attack or do something else because Phase 4 mainly strikes high and mid, so it's much easier to let her just attack again and hold her, because the phase 4 player can easily break out of a throw."

He clarified. He was replying to a comment I made on a YT tournament video. Since I asked why don't people grab punish her. Seriously though, people don't. Its really stupid.
