@The 4th phase Kokoro is a great character to use! She's pretty balanced in everything, which I like, and her only real weakness is that she doesn't track well. I use her regularly, but not too much, because after I play with Kokoro, going back to Kasumi feels a little weird, because she has a looser style, while Kokoro has a tighter one.
