Lol, yeah, I have heard the story is pretty long and in-depth in Dimensions, taking segments from many different DOA games' stories. Yeah, it is pretty darn cheap everywhere I've seen it, so I might just get it.. Cx Is the gameplay any good, though?
The story is good for people who wanna know the entire DOA story, basically. Have no idea if the gameplay is good since I played it when I was a filthy casual, lol. But it was pretty much what you would expect from DOA.
DOAD retconned DOA1-4 to fit with DOA5 which was being planned at the time. that's why Ayane suddenly knows Eliot now despite never meeting in DOA4 lol
@Pictured Mind Yeah, I actually never played any of the stories in previous DOA games, since DOA5U was the first DOA game I owned for myself. I would love to play through the DOA1-4 stories, lol. I have read everything that has happened, and watched DOA4 cutscenes, but never played them for myself. Cx
Alpha is a lot of fun to play in Dimensions. You'll notice a few differences here and there with her, but honestly all the characters were much different back then.
@Kasumilover98 I hope she is as fun as her DOA5 counterpart. Cx She was never playable before DOA5, was she? So, I wonder what her move-set will be.. I know she has a DOA4 move-set, despite being NPC (unless you hacked your save), so I guess she uses that in Dimensions? :p She's probably way less "finished" in Dimensions than she is in LR.
@UpSideDownGRUNT Kasumi a will probably be my sub in Dimensions... XD
Here's some of the shit she had, courtesy of nightpup in the one Alpha thread-
