Titan Ones are probably the best option right now, especially because they have a "Tournament Mode" where all it is is a converter without macros or turbo. I love mine.

Do they still have to reconnect about every 10 mins? That was kinda annoying when I'd forget to take it out and put it back in before a match.

Still has that issue (I would make a reconnect option by pushing the button on the thing).

Oh didn't know that worked. Well that sucks especially seeing it's more expensive now...

It has an option to resync but it occurs every 10 minutes and PS4 resyncs between 7 and 10. XBone changed some hardware updates and you have to remove batteries in the control to make it sync right.
