I just checked the PS forums and people say you gotta pay attention to the ping and upload speed of your connection so I went and did a speed test. My ping is pretty low and my upload speed is somewhat close to 2 mb so Idk why my internet is acting so bad. Can't even play PlayStation Now games due to it lagging.

I have at&t u-verse which uses one of those gateway modems. Since both the gateway and ps4 are in different rooms, I can't do a wired connection.

Yeah WiFi connection going.to lag regardless how good connection is. Though ping is most important when it comes to gaming online.

No wonder I attract red bars when I make a lobby, or become the prime lag in someone else's. And playing PlayStation Now games is going to be a pain too due to this issue
