I see what you mean, by the way Falcom is no really based on one gender, there are many females but even enough male characters (differently from Tamiki Wakaki's main work or Senran Kagura series).
I think that a good chance for getting male characters there was and objectively it was much more likely to see it happen it with this pack that with the Deception one.
@Kronin - Falcom is not based one gender. It's Team NINJA's type of release that makes it side to one gender as a whole and the type of outfits they choose for particular. Unfortunately I am limited to 140 words so what I wrote up there looks as if Falcom is catered to one side.
Indeed from the sentence seems that the opposite, now I realized what you mean. Yes, without doubts the games of TN are adressed toward the female characters (I still remember that - I suppose wisely adressed to the Japanese fandom - funny interview of Hayashi where he said that his team was depressed during the working on Metroid when it was prevented them to work on fanservice or big breasts xD).
