In stun I always think of my guarantees and what I get from them. For example 214P gives a sit down so the second punch is guaranteed and leaves you in BT. With Helena I mostly see it as 3 options in stun: reset throw, CB, or launch. Say you go for the BT T option, instead of doing 3PP4, do 3P, P, 66H+K, (guaranteed) P for example. Just for the sake of doing something else.
