You might need to have the sugery. Mine never hurt until it erupted but I actually use my wisdom tooth. If yours is fully grown it will stop. If you don't have a crowded mouth, take it out.

It's more of a minor irritation right now, I get caker sores all the time so I'm used to it, but it's never hurt for several days. if it can stop by itself I rather not use that money since I don't have any sort of insurance

If the pain doesn't go away id get it checked out. Could be infected.

I guess if it hasn't diminished in a few days I'll get it checked. I am not looking forward to those condescending dentists though -_-

Best take care of it quick or it will be quite bad. But it does seem like it might be time to remove it. Is it just 1 bothering you?
