Is it? Because since LR released I've seen at least 3 Phase 4's for every 2 Kasumis online. On someone's status here she won a small popularity contest between the two. And I read people say shit like 'I hate Kasumi but Phase 4 is bae <3'.

Yeah because I can see the complete opposite. Never mind the contest because Kashmir will always and forever be more likes than phase 4. Kasumi won hottest female on Xbox *cough*. After all phase 4 is clone of kasumi right?

1) What does being the hottest female on Xbox have to do with my question? Finding someone attractive =/= using them. I find Bayman the hottest character in this game and I never use him.
