I feel your pain. I really do. X-Play was part of my childhood for pete's sake T-T At least Adam Sessler is still amazing as always. Gave DmC a fair review then immediately tore it to shreds :U

I remember the good ol' days of GameProTV, Icons, old-school Filter with Diane Mizota, Nick Arcade, GamesMaster, and even Video Power with its crackhead host with no real hosting skills. *sigh* Good times.

Nick Arcade was some fantastic stuff. I remember tuning into Nick Gas late at night to catch that show. Another good one was Game Farm, where a bunch of kids compete in a bunch of different game. Let's say it was my intro to competitive gaming. Yup. Good times indeed...

Damn....what happened? Everything is falling apart T_T

Because nobody's watching TV anymore since programming went to Heck in a hamster ball. In an era where web availability is reigning supreme, ratings are expected to tank. Thus slowly wiping good and unique programming off the face of the Earth, leaving room for shows that dumb kids down instead of making them think. That's just my view of it at least D:

We have a games program called Good Game here, two versions at different times, one for kids & one for adults where the co-hosts review games & rate them from 1-10..err rubber chickens.. =I for example: I give this game 8.5 out of 10 rubber chickens.

It's not a bad program but their views are too similar to the mainstream reviews & i feel as though they give games big scores based on title alone. They're not a source i would rely on but then again the only source i do rely on is the choice of my own & reader reviews. But that's just me

So basiclly...if they review Call of Duty they would give it a 10 out of 10 automatically? LOL
