I remember that game xD

Its strange that I learned and remembered most of the well known sega fighters on the saturn such as Virtua Fighter, Fighting Vipers, DOA, Fighter MegaMix and Sonic Fighters from this very day, but never heard of that game and its quite popular overseas. It shows that I missed out on some good ass fighters back in the day.

And then they can add some of the characters as guests in DoA....

@Lulu Indeed. Well, the sega saturn didn't have much recognition since they were in competition with sony and nintendo when psone and n64 were the most popular then-next gen console in the late 90s plus there were lack of exclusive franchise games that never came to Western territories.
