I'm originally a SF player. I grew up on that and SNK fighting games. Used to play those competitively. They're great games, really.

They are really good games. SF III 3d Strike is one of the best games from SF series. Looking how SFV not far away looking like it will be better than SF4 games.

LoL..... sorry I just don't see it. I freaking hate them.... all of them.

I'm from a Mortal Kombat background........ and I don't like that game either.....

If you check SF III 3rd Strike you will see how great that game is. Look up Daigo vs Justin Wong most hype fighting game match ever.

I'm from a MK background as well and is my favorite series along with SF and DoA. SF set records for fighting games and one of the most respected.

Some don't like SF though, and understandable most say they hate it because hadoken "spam"

Well yeah there is that..... but that only answers why people might not like it.....

The reason why I hate it is.... well you know how I am...... Execution Execution Execution.

Being even moderately competent at the game demands a serious amount of Dexterity.

Is it deep ? I wouldn't know.... I can't Shoryuken to save my life.

I'm from a MK background, too and still love those games. I'm not a fan of "playing" sfiv, but definitely enjoy watching top players.

..... perhaps its time for me to hit You Tube and see how the Pros do it.

ah i see. yeah that's one of the reasons i avoid SF4, but ive been playing the beta and the execution really isnt that difficult. the game as a whole has leaned up on its execution so no more 1-frames.

Raidou's stuff is harder than anything in street fighter 5, which pisses me off honestly. i can do the shoryuken command easily in other game but DOA decides to make him difficult for the sake of being difficult.

What the bloody hell does such a command add to the game ? Its pointless.

And don't even get me started on the Raijin. Sigh.....

As for Street Fighter V, lets wait for the game to come out so the pros can find all the exploits then we'l see if its actually an improvement.

I started watching SF4 top player matches since 2009 and only touched the game in 2015. Pure entertainment. The real question is: how can you NOT like it, duh
