Absolutely. Of course DOA does more things better than those games then that but yeah, I try to atleast recommend Core Fighters to anyone to try it out lol.

i jumped back on revolution today and although remembered the godawful tolken system, but something legit pissed me off. i had just lost another match and was rewarded with "critical attacks till my next victory" handicapping my opponent is not how i want to play a game and i sure as hell didn't want to be on the end of it.

i dont get it the game is solid, but they added so much of this shit that's meant to dumb down the game. it doesnt treat itself like a fighter it feels like a really good cellphone game. then again even MKX mobile doesn't shut me out and make me wait another hour before i can fight other arcade. im really baffled by these decisions
