I don't know about the Latter but I'm very familiar with getting hit by low attacks while jumping.
I hate it when a game is so inconsistent with its rules..... when you hit a jumping Opponent.... two things are suppose to Happen. They must either be knockdowned or juggled.... no stuns. And they must receive Hi Countet Strike Damage. However there are numerous instances where this doesn't happen like its suppose to.
