Nope, everyone complained about all of the DLC characters:
Marie looks too young
Phase 4 is another Kasumi clone
Nyotengu took Bankotsubo's spot and TN is slipping
Raidou's new change wasn't great
And Honoka for being a Moeblob Necrid.

I think people at this point mostly just don't care anymore.

I don't get it anymore :/ team ninja needs to keep new characters as a secret until a week before adding it
