Speaking of which, I was disappointed a little, I thought Chitanda was going to confess to Hotarou, it turns out that she revealed that her uncle went to india and hasn't been seen since.

Well, I told you this is not really a romance. But Chitanda will get a little more assertive in that regard. There'll be some really nice scenes between the two. They are such a cute and interesting pairing. They compliment each other well.
In the coming days as I promised I'm going to look for a couple of other animes for you. Ones that include more romance and comedy.
