Some games have their updates on other times.

The only time PSN updates on other days was on a Monday, which was a paid exclusive date by Treyarch and InfinityWard (For NA). The later days after Tuesdays are regional updates like EU or AU. JPN is the only one I know that updates on a Monday.

Since PSN for majority of the cases does not update on a Thursday, I am going to assume that the 17th is an Xbox update and not a PSN one. So either PSN NA gets it early on the 15th, or PSN NA gets it on the 22nd.

It's going to be the 17th. If you remember the valentines pack came out on a friday for america.

Psn updates here every Wednesday but when dlc is released on a day other than Wednesday it still
Appears in the psn store. Many dlc packs didn't release on a tuesday or Wednesday but they still appear so Chapstick is right it will be available on the 17th

Btw I think every Tuesday and Wednesday was for PS3 and not for ps4

Xbox and jp psn will get Naotora on time, they'll announce last minute US psn is delayed for some reason, and then EU psn will get her two weeks later

Wait. When the Vday dlc was released I was able to buy it later that Friday. I can remember buying raidou's Vday dlc.

What if they release the patch with and her at the store, since she's not technically a DLC costume? Her data will be in the patch after all, unless this will be like the Phase 4 situation where they released her but you couldn't buy her at all the night she was released

They didn't with the Phase situation. People had to swarm on twitter to let then know she wasn't purchasable

Phase wasn't intended to be instantly purchasable, she was meant to come tuesday for US psn. They have to release the patch worldwide because of online. Imagine going into a japanese lobby and fighting someone that picked her without the patch, it wouldn't work.
