yeah Rachel, Lisa, Tina and Christie are really unpopular in Japan. Hence, why they have been excluded from certain DLC packs in the past. If anything, they'll most likely add the rest of the girls later on as DLC.

Only the most voted characters got into DOAX3 sadly.
Which is complete Bullshit, since every DOA character should be included in spin off games from the get go.

That's just how it is. Lei-Fang and Tina really should of been in it though since they were in DOAX1 &2.

I didn't see any confirmation yet, but wouldn't be surprised. Even though Itagaki was DOA, I still like some of the changes Hayashi's team has done. But day one there's word of other characters being added, I'm in.... especially for Rachel & Mila! I'd assume Leifang & Tina will be the first choices though
