Sadly.. I do not.

Well Programming is only necessary for things that make use of Physics and Animation.

If you just want to tinker with a 3D Model than I don't think that requires Programming Knowledge.

Have you heard of Blender ?

Um, I have not. Is that the most used?

I honestly don't know.... but appearently its Fully Featured and has been used in numerous successfull projects. And the best part is.... its Completely Open Source.
