Yeah i love Offensive Holds. When ever i fight a grappler. If i sense any delay in their attacks then i will throw. And normally it always works. They never try and throw me again too.
Saber, among other things that counter offensive holds, do you know that jumping strikes are invincible to them?
In most cases, just throw, it would get you a HC throw damage.
