I'd just do it DB, I did it for the Nao guide I made and the mods didn't mind at all. I'd just add a reply requesting no one comment until it's finished in it's entirety.

I don't have a way of creating a thread that only you can see unless you were a mod. If you want, I could lock the thread when you're done with portions and unlock when you want to go back to it. I check the site from my phone relatively frequently and that would be pretty easy to do. I could promote it to the front page when you're satisfied with the content. Up to you.
