To do Raijin you need to input the last part before he jumps into the air, that's how I do it consistently

^ there's no reason to do Raijin though lol Nakiryu does more damage and it's even better to go for the juggle

yes i know , raijin is just an execution challenge if u ask me . not worth it at all . i ll just write the stuff which AP and rojikku showed in their vids in a more detailed fashion .
