What exactly is hard about her if I may ask? I use her alot so maybe I can kinda help you if you wanted.

It's not a personal thing, it's just what I'm seeing with the character. Hardly any neutral, poor stun game, mix-ups are meh, kind of slow comparing, and her damage is just okay.

Ah I see, yeah she's not that great, at least others think so. She's just kinda gimmicky, baiting and punishing is a big part of playing her. And she's not great up close, you have to be at a distance and you have to use her mid punches for more variety. I like her because she offers high damage from taking risks and she has great range when not up close.

She's just neutral heavy and really honest compared to other characters.

Yeah, but don't be discouraged from using her, she can still be deadly. ;-p Check out her forum if you want some tech for her, some other members and myself have found some really useful stuff you may find interesting. I'm not really discouraged. She's just different from the other character I played. Haven't played in a few years, but she really makes me want to pick up the game again. We can play any time you like.
