Ken is 3/4 Japanese and 1/4 American. Which means he isn't "White Ryu". He's actually 25% White Ryu.

LoL.... one could make the argument that given his Appearence.... His White Genes Clearly took over and kicked his Japanese Genes back into Recession. Although you can also Argue his Japanese Genes manifested in the form of Hadoukens rather than Appearence. its difficult to tell Just how White he is.
