Akira's 16T~H > P, with the AI into guard on reaction and fastest stagger. Was trying to see if you can immediately input the free command (H) on the earliest you can into the mid punch. There was a instance case where the CPU was unable to block it, so was trying to figure out if it's guaranteed on the exact frame you buffer the move into the punch.
The move back in vanilla was actually guaranteed one time with a more lenient buffer into the mid punch. Was trying to see if it's actually guaranteed but has to be spot on to make it guaranteed.
H followup:
The first 10 frames of the "followup range" result in the same frame disadvantage: -15. If you input the H after those 10, the frame disadvantage will increase on each frame more and more (up to -33).
P followup:
The first 24 frames of the "followup range" result in the same frame data happening: Move Details will always be 42(2)27. After those first 24 frames, you can delay it up to making the move become 73(2)7.
That means that during both followups, there's no requirement for any frame-perfect tool-assisted timing in order to follow up as soon as possible because they're both pretty lenient.
TL;DR my tests show that UR FULL OF SHIT AKIRA DONT NEED ANY MORE OF THIS BROKEN GARBAGE SON
The AI cheats the system in several ways, but I wouldn't 100% exclude that what you mean is possible. Do you mean the AI intended as the Training Dummy or COM LEVEL X? Did it happen on Dojo or some other stage? Against who?
