I'd be mid low tier: 9 framer with OH and parries and good throws, but very unsafe, long start up and recovery and completely unable to defend myself against my favorite characters. XD I'd also take less damage

You would be the lowest tier possible because any time a sexy character with heels, big boobs, stockings and long ponytail would appear you would get input lags OFFLINE, and everytime your waifus hit you simply wouldn't respond to inputs anymore, thus making a critical number of match ups impossible for you.

I'd probably be a D tier character. I'm not trained in any martial arts and kinda skinny. My power blow would be pretty OP though cause I'd just poke the opponent in the eyes to stun them long enough to call the cops.
