It was tons fun in vanilla. I feel that 5U time is where it sparked the most, honestly 5U had to be the game where finding tech and new players coming drew DOA for attraction even more because of core fighters adding more people into the game.
FSD overall on the other hand, off topics discussions and DLC seem to take a bit more within talking these days, even the media library is being less effective when it usually gets bundled up with off topic things. It's why I rarely post videos in there anymore.
There could be other explanations, one is that there really isn't anything to talk about so they are bored of the game which is reasonable, but that's still pretty minor.
Yeah, I honestly miss the 5U era since that's when I joined FSD, it kinda changed somewhat since LR. And I can understand the vid thing, off topic is fine but it shouldn't be an everyday thing
@The Spine I'm starting to think she'll return, she seems popular in Japan and KT has used Kasumi and Ryu as guests for their games back to back. It's not likely but being in the same company it's possible, either way I still have Kasumi :-p
Initially though, FSD was directed to be more competitive than casual when @Mr. Wah made it. I mean, I think there should be some portions of casual so that some parts feel engaging for others who enjoy the game from the cosmetic view (casual thread was cool), but lately that stuff is adding more players into that far too heavily.
I come from DOACentral way back then and it use to be all sorts of problems with older site updates and older internet builds etc etc. I find this one to be an improvement than that imo.
