1) I know he was supposed to be Shenmue's protagonist, and thus shares similarities with Ryo Hazuki, therefore I like him.
2) He is fun to use, he reminds me of Ryo, he had a cool voice and cool one liners, I think he is awesome and above Street Fighter's Ryu.
1)The mascot and protagonist of the VF series. Higher execution and somewhat linear but threatening if mastered. His surname Yuki is actually feminine and has a connection from childhood with Aoi from the same game. Famous for his infamous just frame knee.
2) He's ok, nothing to really hate about him. His damage output is admirable and he's fun to fight against and not too annoying. I dislike his high execution and the linearity and effort he has to muster even when mastered just never caught my interest. His AI which turtles can also go eat worms.
1) I know that in about 3 years before the Olympic Games in Tokyo, his remains will be preserved in cryostasis by the government. Using his remains and their technology, everyone will know how to do the knee, and the stigma of VF being too difficult will finally be cured, giving the game mainstream appeal once again!
2) I like how rewarding the character can become when practiced in earnest. I dislike how they haven't done enough with the character on terms of immersing him in the story beyond a microaggressive rivalry with Wolf.
The character to break the ''main characters are easy to use'' stereotype, the White Tiger of VF and one of the most badass fighting game characters of all time.
I also like how in VF1 and VF2 every time Akira hit you it sounded like bombs were exploding from his hands. You know you're a sick as fuck character when Bayonetta uses your staple move and quotes your most famous line, 'nuff said.
2) He is fun to use, he reminds me of Ryo, he had a cool voice and cool one liners, I think he is awesome and above Street Fighter's Ryu.
