1) He's the father of ayane, he raped Ayame to conceive her and returned to the ninja village to steal the torn sky blast and "killed" Hayate in the process. Was killed by that very same technique by Kasumi in DOA1 but returns as a half cyborg in LR whose amnesiac. Brutal, power hungry and a rapist.

2) I like his general fighting style, it's pretty strong brutal and faster than you'd expect, his OG theme is also awesome! I dislike his new appearance, his skin is grey and that body hair...<_>. His cyborg enhancements are fine tho, and I hate how he's now bald. His EWGF and a few throw are also a bit too much for me to perform.

1) He is ayane's father, and a rapist. He kicked hayate's ass. 2) I like that he kicked hayate's butt and he is a good villain in general, so, i hate him in every aspect.

1) I know everything.... Hmpf. 2) Ayane should kick his ass. So I guess he works as a fighting game boss. Sadly he is not very remarkable IMO.

1) I know he's an actual villain in the series worth hating. I didn't really hate Donovan until Christie got fed up with him, so that's saying a lot. And Tengu died before I could begin to hate him.

2) I like the fact he's back in the series, as the villain pool has been quite lame without his presence... and Christie's leaving hints of going anti-hero. But I dislike the fact that they didn't add story mode content to explain HOW he came back.

Clearly inspired by SF's Akuma, The Regeneration of Brutality and Ayane's illegitimate father. Raidou's a damn good villain, despicable, vile and depraved, he wants power and will stop at nothing to obtain it. Him having an EWGF makes me believe there was an alternate timeline where he went and fought Heihachi for supremacy, lol.
