No, it's a possibility. But we know he's not my #1 fan and that he knows about proxies too. I did some searches, the mypw account is at least 1 month old and his first post was followed up by a KasumiLover one again.
Alternatively it's just some random dude shitposting who doesn't even know who "Wazaa" is and simply answered "yes" to his suspects (nickname's WAZAAAAA in all caps rage scrubs get it right).
