It was a pervy weirdo who made multiple accounts that agreed which eachother and patted eachother's backs, and had absolutely no subtlety in it since both accounts acted the same and liked the same kind of things.

Funnily enough I saw a very similar situation in a Fire Emblem forum.

No one gets the banhammer, I get to continue teasing KasumiLoverz, he continues to act butthurt, and everyone else goes back to fap on the DLC thread.

Just to elaborate on Momiji-Baybee, he was some guy that primarily went by that name and Rachel the Fiend Slayer, back when the casual thread was a thing. While he generally showed similar interests under both names, Baybee was a lot more hostile towards people who disagreed with him, which even lead to him calling himself out as Fiend a couple of times.

Then he brought a third account into the mix and went full-on aggro misogynist with that one, prompting Cyber to tell him to pick an account and stick to it or all three are getting banned. He tried to play dumb, and Brute ended up banning two of his accounts, but leaving Fiend Slayer intact (I'm guessing because he was less of a troublemaker on that account).

Oh right, and I think the original name for his Fiend Slayer account was "I LOVE COCK!!!" or something to that effect.
