It's only non meter DPs. They can stick with Ex if they want invin. Not gonna weep for Ryu, Cammy, etc while other characters don't even have invin with meter.

@Number 13 SFV can only store 3 EX bars. Meter building is also reduced in Season 2. DPs were already drastically nerfed in SFV. DPs having invincibility frames has been a staple of fighting games for like what, a good 25 years? Zone the opponent out with hadoukens, make him pay with a good shoryuken when he jumps, classic tactic. Let's remove all command throws then since only a few characters have such luxury lol?

Difference is command grabs does not compare to the utility of DPs. Otherwise Gief would actually be decent for example.
