Yeah this is Specific to Street Fighter....
I always assumed every air attack with the exception of Projectiles hits overhead.... and I assumed thats why The Height Restriction was adjusted in SFV....

Just remember that if someone jumps at you, try to anti air it or stand block

Wait.... Technically The Head Stomp/Devils Reverse isn't really an Air Special... Bison performs it when he's standing on the Ground.
