Pretty much all of them are. It's probably due to the mechanical differences and the fact that VF only has 220 health vs DOA's 300, but I can actually get some decent mileage out of the Bryants and Pai. Akira's still a mystery to me.

I assume it's due to how their animations work, but like it has been said, there's no perceivable weight to their moves. The frame data may say they're -8 or whatever, but they don't feel like...
