Excuse me , his parries got nerfed? How exactly are they nerfed? He has 3 guaranteed options out of parry two of which are two in ones , and the recovery on his parry is like a hold so now I can mash parry out in stun. I really don't feel his Parry got nerfed xD? Is there something I didn't find...- KidArk

Gen Fu didn't launch / parry you once, you notice you can't go in on gen fu with ONLY mid hits right? He can parry ~ guaranteed stun unto mix up every time , you literally only tried to stun him with Mids , try to use a high or something , if he blocked then parried he could've shut you down...- KidArk

Its not guaranteed unless you stagger fastest, it may or may not be of any use but 66K , P+K , 33P , P+KP, 1P+KPK EDIT: Embarrassing I didn't know they showed a variant of this combo in his combo training, I did every character's trial that i use but him xD. Sorry you can do the same combo but... -

You're not the only one im really having a tough time adjusting aswell, I've been using 3k a lot more and 8p, back roll is nice if they like pressing buttons, stun, backroll out and open them up again. The gravity just feels so weird. In other news leon is awesome. -

I'm confused Akira's Knee is a just frame Knee which requires just frame timing not good fingers , there's a rhythm to it ? What are you saying Galen , Slybass get knees off 100% of the time , rarely do you see a drop. If you use a pad you're almost guaranteed to not drop it as it's marginally... -

Getting Serious With Gen Fu
Gen Fu celing combos :41236::f+p: , :3::P::P: , :3::p+k: CB! :4::4::[[P]]:Ceiling! :p+k::P::P: or :3::K::P::6::P: they're cute combos, anyone know if power launchers relaunch? Yes and i'm sure every banned character has been beaten before, knowing MUs do help, but that statement was primarily to address the fact that he said Alpha wasn't over powered. If anything you helped prove my point as I said the ice climbers are pretty low tier in terms of everything except for...- KidArk

Yawn , How many times do i have to bring up the ice climbers ? They weren't top tier before they got their infinite , they weren't top tier when they were banned, but they were banned. They weren't over powered at all not compared to fox/ falco, they had bad match ups, but ONE SINGLE THING...- KidArk

I'm sorry I was sleepy and in my head unsafe was somehow synonymous with .. guaranteed damage, i respectfully retract that statement. Though there are a certain someone with unsafe GBs .. he whose name won't be mentioned !- KidArk

No you assume everyone is saying outright ban no one wants this character gone for good , I don't think anyone really wanted that everyone has been saying TEMP ban and then make changes. This thread has gotten too convoluted... the true message is just lost .- KidArk
