I think my suggestion of Ongyoin 6K would work well as a mid kick CB. It's 19 frames already and is useless at the moment with Ongyoin 6P+K around. Ryu would greatly benefit from this.

I support these. I was thinking about putting the 1st, 2nd and 4th into my own list. Bayman and Hayabusa have the best hold animations (and holds) in general IMO.

Blazblue and even Super Smash Bros. Brawl have, but I don't think any 3D fighter has had a good story. DOA is probably the best I can think of.
