Personally, I didn't look at MR's legs. I'll check again. Phase 4 could potentially be the angrier and more badass Kasumi, which I've been looking forward to since DOA2 Kasumi Alpha. EDIT: I realized the first letters of each line of my post had the annotations of "PPK". Lol.

Subbing this character. In my opinion, she should have Kasumi's face, and hair, but Ayane hair colour and eye colour. Anyone agree? It would make the clone different than just it looking like a DLC costume.

This is an amazing character design, and with a Tengu mask it'll look even better. SK was a sick anime. If they ever thought about doing a "Tengu-but-not-Tengu", I'd recommend TN doing something like this. And if they had a maskless option, it'd be sick if she looked like:
